Snatch -> Clean -> Deadlift

*Add 10 pounds each round and start with an empty bar

* You can do power snatch and power cleans as well if you are more comfortable with those movements with heavier weights

Briefing: With a running clock, every minute perform 1 lift and add 10 lbs. Start with an empty barbell and snatch for as long as possible. Once you cannot snatch the weight, clean for as long as possible. Once you cannot clean the weight, deadlift for as long as possible.
