Min 3 – 10 DB Box Step-Overs

Min 4 – 4 Shuttle Runs

Min 5 – 10 DB Box Step-Overs

Min 6 – 6 Shuttle Runs

Min 7 – 10 DB Box Step-Overs

Min 8 – 8 Shuttle Runs

…etc!

Rx = 1 DB

Rx+ = 2 DB’s
