Perfect for anyone short on time but big on sweat. Get in, get fit, get on with your day.
This program is included in all monthly unlimited memberships, offered in between morning classes on Tuesday and Thursday. Use it as a high-energy kickstart before regular CrossFit classes, or make it your one-and-done workout for the day.
