Olympic Lifting

Whether you want to compete in the sport of Olympic weightlifting or just improve your speed, strength and explosive power, our Olympic Lifting class is a great addition to your fitness training.

Our focus on the fundamentals of weightlifting is great for beginners, and is also a great way to improve technique and ability for even the more accomplished athlete.
