We can’t wait to meet you! Before we even get started with your trial, we’ll give you a quick tour of the facility, and then sit down to answer any questions you might have about CrossFit Type 44, a typical CrossFit workout and what’s expected of you. Some questions you might have are:

  • Do I have to be in shape to join?
  • What if I have a physical limitation?
  • What kind of results can I expect?
  • How often should I attend class?
  • What membership plan is right for me?

Then we can determine the next best steps customized to your goals, needs, and fitness level. Either way, this is a great starting point and you will leave here with some great advice. Expect to spend an hour at our gym. Most of all, your first visit is a great way to determine if our gym is a good fit for you.

  • We’ll give you a quick tour and talk through the workout and any modifications as needed

Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it’s the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym, this is your starting point.
