Our Endurance Program is built for athletes who want to move longer, build aerobic capacity, and challenge their engine without the added load of barbells. These sessions blend cyclical machines, bodyweight movements, and functional conditioning into thoughtfully paced classes that prioritize consistency, efficiency, and smart effort over burnout. Whether you’re newer to longer workouts or looking to level up your stamina, Endurance offers a focused environment to develop resilience and confidence.
What makes Endurance at Type 44 different is how it’s programmed alongside our CrossFit, QuickFit, and Olympic Lifting classes. Instead of competing with your regular training, these sessions are intentionally designed to fit into your weekly rhythm — supporting recovery, improving pacing, and building the aerobic base that carries over to everything else you do in the gym. It’s not a separate track; it’s a strategic extension of your overall training for life.
Endurance classes are currently offered twice per week and are included with all Unlimited Month-to-Month memberships, giving you the flexibility to layer longer conditioning into your schedule whenever it makes sense for your goals.
