*If you drop before completing the set you must start the set over. This is meant to work on reading how you feel during the workout and to increase knowledge of what you can do at certain points of exhaustion.
**Grace is capped at 36. Athletes that are capped will start the run at 46 into class giving them 14 minutes for the mile.
